Tactical Transactions honors our role as an extension of each party with an interest in the loan closing process. Our aim is to make a favorable and professional impression on behalf of everyone involved.

Upon receiving each assignment, we diligently review the loan package, ensuring clarity on instructions and expectations. From first contact with signers, we demonstrate competence and caring. During the closing we guide signers through the transaction as efficiently and knowledgeably as possible — adhering to the legal limits of our role and, if necessary, establishing communication with the proper entity for additional information.

We uphold the highest standards of quality control: before concluding the signing, each page is reviewed to ensure all signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations are entered in the correct place(s), written legibly, and use proper formatting.

Upon departing the loan signing appointment, we perform another page-by-page review and then confirm with the contracting entity that the appointment has concluded. Thereafter, we scan, ship, and/or deliver as quickly as possible.

Not until we ascertain that our contracting entity has received and approved the completed loan package do we consider our job done.
